Violet von Viersen

Violet von Viersen is a beautiful 1-2 year old, 50 pound German Shepherd. We brought in this beautiful flower of a dog so she could plant her roots and bloom. Sometimes a little love is all we need. Medium-sized Violet is sweet, friendly and gets along with dogs and people. She walks well on a leash, knows her sit command and takes treats gently. She hopes her future family will pet her lots and lots, especially with ear and butt scratches. She tells us a dog is never fully dressed without a wagging tail; we almost never see her without her tail in a blur, happy to soak up love like sunshine. Whether she’s walking with other dogs, greeting them, mingling or heading over to people for affection, Violet is a rainbow personified in black and tan. So what’s in a name? The flower violet symbolizes faithfulness, everlasting love and humility. Violet lives that every day and is looking for someone to share a nice garden and a sunny day with. Is that you? PS: Violet is not a fan of cats, unfortunately.

Rescued from the Wasco animal shelter.
